Methods: The hypoglycemic activity/antidiabetic activity of ethyl acetate and chloroform fraction of Typhonium trilobatum in single dose and multi dose treatment has been studied in normoglycemic animals and in diabetic animals. Results: The extracts of ethyl acetate and chloroform fraction of Typhonium trilobatum show anti-diabetic activity. Conclusion: From the results it was conformed that ethyl acetate fraction of plant shows higher anti-diabetic activity than chloroform fraction. %U https://pharmacophorejournal.com/article/study-of-antidiabetic-activity-of-typhonium-trilobatum-in-glucose-loaded-alloxan-induced-hyperglycemic-and-normoglycemic-rats
