FabH plays a regulatory role for the whole pathway of fab cycle. FabH has also been found to be essential for an organism’s survival and it is present in a wide number of important human pathogens. Regression model developed in this work may be essential step for further development in designing and synthesis of good FabH inhibitors as antibacterial agents.
