Aim and Scope

Pharmacophore [ISSN: 2229-5402] is dedicated to advancing Artificial Intelligence (AI), computational and data-driven methodologies, and digital innovation across pharmaceutical and medical sciences, providing a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, industry experts, and academicians working at the interface of pharmaceutical sciences, medical sciences, computer science, and data analytics to promote high-quality, innovative, and methodologically rigorous research supporting the digital transformation of drug discovery, healthcare systems, regulatory science, and clinical practice.

The journal fosters the exchange of scientific knowledge, novel computational approaches, and AI-enabled solutions addressing emerging challenges in pharmaceutical and biomedical research, and serves as an intellectual forum for the dissemination of original research, theoretical advances, technological innovations, and evidence-based applications of artificial intelligence in health-related domains.

Pharmacophore welcomes Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Systematic Reviews, Meta-Analyses, Clinical Trials, Cross-Sectional Studies, Case Studies, Methodological Papers, and Letters to the Editor, contributing to the advancement of AI-integrated and computational pharmaceutical and medical sciences. The journal particularly emphasizes research in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, bioinformatics, digital health technologies, computational modeling, and data mining applied to pharmaceutical and medical challenges.

Its scope encompasses, but is not limited to, AI-driven drug discovery and development, CADD, molecular modeling, QSAR, systems and network pharmacology, multi-omics and biomedical data science, precision medicine, clinical decision support systems, real-world evidence, and health informatics, as well as emerging digital health technologies such as IoMT, wearable systems, blockchain applications, telemedicine, robotics in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and digital therapeutics.

The journal also covers core pharmaceutical and medical sciences where computational and quantitative approaches are applied, including medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry, drug development, pharmacology and toxicology, pharmaceutics, biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical biotechnology, analytical sciences, clinical pharmacy, translational medicine, regulatory sciences, nanotechnology-based drug delivery, and molecular and cellular medicine.

Pharmacophore is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scientific integrity, transparency, methodological rigor, and ethical publishing. All submissions undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process conducted by subject-matter experts.

The journal is published bimonthly, with six issues released annually in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
